TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the MoGrosso webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or size may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the purchase.

3. Orders and Payment All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). Payment must be made using one of the payment methods provided on the website. An order is confirmed only after payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery MoGrosso aims to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delays may occur, and MoGrosso cannot be held liable for these.

5. Returns Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Once the return is received, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Liability MoGrosso is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products or by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Privacy MoGrosso handles personal data with care. Information is used solely for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties unless required for delivery purposes.

8. Intellectual Property All images, texts, and designs on this website are the property of MoGrosso and may not be used or copied without permission.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands
